Dear first graders, I miss you all so much... How was your week? I hope you are fine! Summary of the session: - Review of shapes. - Composition using shapes. - Voluntary task: composition with volume This week we will review basic shapes and we will use them to create a picture. First of all, here you have the basic shapes to remember: You can also check them by watching this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OEbRDtCAFdU Now, what I would like you to do is a composition using basic shapes. You can draw about the topic you want to, but using circles, triangles, squares, rectangles... Here you have some ideas of pictures: If you want to, you can go into the composition with volumes. Dear fifth graders, I miss you all so much... How was your week? I hope you are fine! Summary of the session: - Quick test of Mona Lisa and Da Vinci. (voluntary) - Geometric flower with compass. - Free design of a geometric flower.  This week I propose an activity that requires a lot of patience and attention. But, before the explanation, let's review some contents you learnt last week of Da Vinci and Mona Lisa. I will ask some questions to refresh: 1. What is Mona Lisa? a. Still life. b. A portrait. 2. What is Mona Lisa about? a. A wife of a rich merchant. b. A daughter of a rich merchant. 3. Who painted the Mona Lisa? a. Van Gogh. b. Da Vinci.  4. Which is the technique used in Mona Lisa? a. Sfumato. b. Pointillism. Once we have refresh the information, I would like you to know that  Leonardo Da Vinci  was someone who used his knowledge of  mathematics  to create a number of drawings that show what were thought to be the idea

Dear sixth graders, I miss you all so much... How was your week? I hope you are fine! Summary of the session: - Explanation of Pop Art. - Pop Art design.  This week we will learn about Pop Art. What is Pop Art? This type of  art  is called  pop art  and it began in the 1950s.  Pop art  is a style of  art  based on simple, bold images of everyday items, such as soup cans, painted in bright colors.  Pop  artists created pictures of consumer product labels and packaging, photos of celebrities, comic strips, and animals. What you can do is: - Draw a picture (remember, everyday item, also a word or onomatopoeia). - Divide the picture into different parts. Each part will have different colours or shapes. During this week we can review the Phonics Group we have been working the previous terms. We will use the songs.
